The Payments function is accessed from the ?Payments? menu group and is used to allow a user to lodge payments for the payment type/s available for selection.

This Payment Types page provides instructional text and allows the user to select the type of payment that they wish to make. In the example below a variety of types are available for payment ? including Parking Infringements, Animal Renewals, Debtor payments and Rates payments.

Once the payment type has been selected, the <Continue> button is selected to proceed with the payment lodgement.

It is possible to lodge more than one payment via this facility and this is achieved by repeating the process for the same or different payment type/s. Once the payments are submitted the user will be required to enter their credit card details to complete the payment process ? this means that it is possible to cover multiple payments (debts) with a single credit card payment.

The ?Edit/Submit Payments? button will only be available for selection once one or more payments have been keyed but have not as yet been ?submitted? for processing. This button takes the user directly the Edit / Submit page and they can then submit the payments.
