The Animal Enquiry function is accessible from the ?Animals? menu group and is used to allow a user to enquire upon the status of an animal that they have previously submitted (registered) for processing.

Currently only animals that were initially submitted via the web will be listed here.

To run the enquiry some basic search criteria must be nominated, followed by selecting the <Search> button to process the enquiry.

Once the enquiry has been run, this page lists the results and details the following information for each animal returned;

	Animal Id : The interim Id generated when the request was submitted.
	Number : The animal number assigned by council.
	Animal Name: The name of the Animal (taken from the entry form).
	Breed: The Breed assigned the Animal (taken from the entry form).
	Colour: The Colour assigned the Animal (taken from the entry form).
	Gender: The Gender assigned the Animal (taken from the entry form).
	Status : The current status of the animal ? based on where council are currently at processing it.
	Registration Date : The date the animal was registered (usually the same date it was submitted).
